Eligibility for Returns

• Time Frame: You may return any eligible item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and unused. If the item is damaged, used, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the return or offer a partial refund.

• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as digital products, custom or personalized items, or final sale items, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

• Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your return.

Refunds

• Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

• Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hlhines@hlhinesauthor.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
